Q. What is the process?
A. After you sign up for the service, we email you an order confirmation & terms. After you acknowledge this, we will forward you another email proving you access to our client only web tools & questionnaire. After you complete this online questionnaire, we will call you within 48 hrs to set up a conference call with your service consultant. During this call the consultant will confirm information, ask you questions, answer any of your questions and begin to work on your project. Usually it is completed within 10-15 days after this call.
Q. How long does the process take?
A. It usually takes between 10-15 business days, after we receive all the appropriate information from you.
Q. Are there any other fees involved?
A. There are no other fees involved with the website, however if you choose to host it with us the fee is $9.95 a month, You may also host with another company. The choice is yours, but our hosting prices are very competitive.
Q. What is your experience with web development?
A. We have a complete team of developers that will work together to create your website. We do this on the daily basis and in volume. We have experience with database flash video, SEO and more.
Q. How long does it take for the developer to contact me?
A. Once we receive you questionnaires, we will schedule the phone interview with the developer. The sooner you send in your documents, the sooner we can get you scheduled.
Q. How many pages do I need for my website?
A. Most people do not need more than three, however, depending on your organizations products and services you may require more. You will be quoted individually for each additional page over the 5 included with the standard website.
Q. Which are the key pages recommended?
A. A Homepage, About Us page, Services page and a Contact Us page.
Q. Can I add a store to my website?
A. Yes, we can add a store with pictures, item descriptions and automated checkout so you can receive payment and get it deposited into your bank account directly even while you are on vacation.
Q. Can we have options for people to register online?
A. Yes, we can set up a database to capture prospect information so you can follow-up with them later on. Also, they can register for newsletters, blogs and other items.
Q. Do you work with flash, music, or video clips?
A. Yes, we are experienced with these technologies and have the software and tools to meet your needs.
Q. Do you only use pre-designed layouts or can you custom build a website?
A. Most startup companies have a low budget therefore, pre-designed layouts fit well with their budget. Also, because our selection is so large and vary greatly, most of what we build are template based. However, should you like a completely custom website, we are happy to build one.
Q. How do you price custom built websites?
A. Custom websites are priced by the hour and based on client spec's.
