Jeaniel Rodriguez
Customer Care Representative

I have over 10 years of Customer Service experience in various positions ranging from Health Insurance to Banking where I have held management positions within the Member Services Department.  I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and have attended many Customer Service workshops to improve the skill of handling different types of clients. My goal as a customer service representative is to educate clients as well as make them feel comfortable about doing business with our organization.  During my free time I love spending quality time with my boys playing basketball, riding Four Wheelers, going to the beach and watching movies. 


Shannon Grayer
Customer Care Representative

Shannon Grayer is a part of our customer care team. She assist in the process by assisting clients throughout the preparation and completion of their purchase. Shannon brings to BizCentral USA 15 plus years in customer service and Administration. she has worked for several years in both Retail, business and medical. In her spare time, Shannon loves being with her family, shopping and dining out. Shannon is currently working on her  Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Kaplan University, which she will use to get her Certification as a dietician. Shannon’s goal is to make our world healthier with our most important recourse the food we eat.


Debbie Adarve
Receptionist

Debbie Adarve works at our front desk managing all the phone calls and mail outs. She is also responsible for conducting our Live Chat and assessing all of our clients’ needs and matching them with the best fit Business Consultant. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior to working at BizCentral USA she has worked in many areas of customer care in the Hospitality industry. She has a passion for helping people out and making sure all of our clients are satisfied. Right now she is attending the University of Central Florida for Hospitality and Event Management.
